This warning message automatically appears if any of GameKnot's e-mail notification messages are returned back as undeliverable. There are several possible reasons why GameKnot's e-mail notification messages might not reach your e-mail:
- You made a typo when entering your e-mail address:
Solution: please enter the correct e-mail address in your profile.
- Your current e-mail account has been closed:
Solution: please enter your new e-mail address in your profile.
- Your e-mail account is over quota:
Solution: please re-submit the same e-mail address in your profile (simply press "update" button without changing anything) after you have deleted some of the old messages from your e-mail account.
- GameKnot's e-mail notifications are being mistakenly identified as spam:
Solution: if you have a spam filter installed, please add

to your address book or add "gameknot.com" to the list of domain names to never filter e-mails from.
- GameKnot's e-mail notifications are being blocked:
Solution: please contact the customer support department of your ISP or e-mail provider and ask them to remove the block on all e-mails from GameKnot.com (our mail server: "mail.gameknot.com", IP address: "216.218.132.90").
If you are unable to resolve the problem with your e-mail account, you can simply disable all GameKnot e-mail notifications in your profile (uncheck all "e-mail notifications" boxes).
